All other orders are dispatched within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped.
Shipping options and pricing
After payment has been made, all packages will be processed and delivered to Auspost within one business day. Upon the shipment of your order, we will provide you with delivery details via email. The options for delivery will be listed below.

Order Cancellation
If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We won't be able to cancel your order if the order has already been shipped.
Please note that if you decide to cancel an order or partially refund an item that has been paid with Afterpay, a fee of 6% will be deducted from your final amount due to Afterpay's Merchant Fees.
Return To Sender
In the event parcels are 'Returned to Sender,' a $15 charge will be applied to re-send your parcels or deducted from your full refund amount.
Failure to collect parcels from the local post office within 10 business days of the initial delivery date or refusal of delivery results in the return of the parcels to the sender.
New Zealand
We offer Australia Post International Express (EMS) for our shipping service.
For orders over $250, we offer free EMS shipping.
*All prices are in Australian Dollar and do not include local taxes and import/custom duties for international orders. Skynkare and Co is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes and additional costs associated with international orders.
