Return Policy
All return requests must be processed within 7 days of your order being delivered. After this time frame, our return policy will not apply.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the postage costs to return items unless the product is damaged or incorrectly sent.
If you wish to proceed with a return, please contact us via the contact form. Ensure you include your full name, order number, and details of the product(s) you would like to return.
Our team will be in touch with the next steps. Products returned will be inspected, and we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
Every order is carefully packaged and checked prior to shipment to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. While item damage or deformation during delivery is rare, should this occur, please contact us immediately at hello@skynkareandco.com.au with videos and photos of the damage. Our team will evaluate the issue and get in touch with the next steps. Please note, orders that arrive with slight damage or scratches to the product or packaging will not be eligible for compensation if the product formula remains unaffected.
